GETEK has over 30 years of experience in the solar cell industry. The first solar panels were sold to cottage customers in the early 80's and the first network-connected solar system in residential units installed in 1993 (OL Village, Hamar). In 2013, we delivered what was Norway's largest, online-connected solar system at Os Kunst and Culture Center. In parallel with this we have experience from developing several combined alternatives alternatives - using solar, wind, aggregate and batteries. This is very useful now that solar systems on buildings are becoming more and more complicated with battery solutions in the building, increased self-production via control system, etc.

We in GETEK want to know what lies behind the product, or what's inside. We test most of the products and also destroy a lot of products, to find out where the boundary goes. As an authorized electrical contractor (DBS) we have the necessary permission to carry out the design of electrical installations, installation, maintenance and repair service. Thus, our customers will only have us as contact points all the way since we know the whole plant in and out. Our long experience of assembly, repair, operation and troubleshooting gives a comprehensive overview that few, if any, can match in Norway.
