SA Drumuri Criuleni

In September 19, 1967, the Criuleni Road Exploitation Sector started its activity. The purpose of the creation was to repair and maintain the roads in Criuleni district and to obtain income based on this activity.

In 1997, on October 14, the Criuleni Road Exploitation Sector was reorganized into a “Drumuri-Criuleni” Joint Stock Company, according to the Decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “Autodrum”, through the Minutes of the Incorporation Meeting of February 13, 1998, coordinated with State Registration Chamber and authenticated by a notary on April 8, 1998.

In May 30, 2013, the Joint Stock Company “Drumuri Criuleni” was reorganized by merging (absorption) JSC “Drumuri-Chisinau”, JSC “Drumuri-Anenii Noi” and JSC “Drumuri Dubasari” becoming their successor in rights and bonds, according to Government Decision no. 244 of 19.04.2012.
