Institute for Promotion of Civil Society (IPCS) is a South Sudanese Local Non Governmental Organization founded in 1999 with an overall objective of working for a better functioning Civil Society in Southern Sudan.
With such vast experience both in providing technical support to Civil Society Organizations(CSOs) in institutional development, and working in areas concentrated and generalized with low literacy level and poor social infrastructure; IPCS is extremely well placed to address the challenges for South Sudan civil society organizations in developing their institutional capacity and making effective use of funding while at the same time improving its technical, organizational, and institutional competency levels to effectively respond to basic community needs and other global concerns.
