Association of Women’s Action for Training and Rehabilitation (AOWA)

The Association of Women’s Action for Training and Rehabilitation (AOWA) is a development organization established in 1994 by a group of active women from the Women Action Federation to activate the role of Palestinian women and mobilize their capabilities so as to change the stereotypical look of women role in the society. 

Mission

Empowering women to participate in the national decision making and reach to the political, economic, social and developmental decision-making positions. Also, it seeks to strengthen women to play their role in building a society of social justice and democracy that ensures full rights and duties for women.
