The Association of Ecuadorian Municipalities is an associative instance of municipal and metropolitan GADs that promotes the construction of a decentralized and autonomous local management model, based on articulated planning and participatory management of the territory, through the exercise of institutional representation, quality technical assistance and coordination with other levels of government and state agencies.
