About

The Federal Investment Council is an organization of the Argentine provinces created in 1959 by means of a Federal Pact. Its mission is to promote the harmonious and comprehensive development of the country based on a solidarity and decentralized scheme.

To do this, it uses two major tools: technical cooperation and financial assistance.

Technical cooperation is provided to the public sector through studies, projects, plans, and programs of various kinds that are carried out in all Member States.

Through financial assistance, the CFI makes available to micro, small and medium-sized companies, lines of credit for pre-investment, working capital, investment and pre-financing of exports.

Both tools are complemented and articulated in order to guarantee an efficient and effective allocation of both human and financial resources.
