Part of those competitive solutions are the re-location of various refurbished power plants from other countries to Africa, followed by the full re-installation and commissioning of the same. Once again, local staff become fully trained during this process.

Generally, the installation & Commissioning phase is followed by the Operating and Maintenance phase, where once again, PEECA Engineers and Technicians pass on the necessary knowledge and skills to local staff.

For global recognition and acceptance, only fully experienced industry professionals with the required knowledge and intellectual capabilities are used and complimented with local expertise for each contract. These professionals have the full capability to ensure that the training of local staff takes place during the installation, commissioning and operations phase of the contracts.

Combined with our power generation contract teams, PEECA also have the necessary skills to provide the clients with heavy-duty workshop facilities capable of handling whatever size or type of plant they choose to install.

This includes the design and building of the workshop facility, sourcing of the required workshop equipment such as Lathes, Milling Machines and others with full CNC capabilities, and the training of local staff to operate each machine.
