About

The women's football club Tiverija Strumica is a non-profit organization founded on 23.09.2011. Tiverija is the only women's football club in the municipality of Strumica and has more than 100 registered football players.
The main goal of the organization is the promotion and development of women's football in Northern Macedonia and the region. Our football academy is the best in the country and regularly wins youth champions organized in the past 4 years. During the four seasons they played 78 official matches and won 69 of them, played 4 draws and lost only 5 matches.
The senior team won the National Cup in the 2017/18 season and received several awards from the National Football Federation as the best female football player of the year and recognition for the development of women's football in Northern Macedonia. They are in the first 3 places in the last 4 years on the ranking list of Northern Macedonia and played in the final of the National Cup for 3 years in a row. We also have many players who play for the national team sections, including 6 players in the A national team of Northern Macedonia. In addition to regular football tournaments and matches, we organize many activities and tournaments for girls such as the "Carnival Cup", which is organized in honor of the Carnival in Strumica.
Each year, 200 participants from many different countries in the region who fight for gender equality, "Yes, and girls play football" is a monthly event where girls who have not been able to play football are involved in the practice to be encouraged to play and join are in the club.
Some of our senior players also participate in the project of open fun football schools in Macedonia in order to promote sports, healthy lifestyle and social inclusion for children and young people of origin.
