Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo

Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). RBI started its presence in Kosovo at the end of 2002 by purchasing most of the shares of American Bank of Kosovo. In June 2003, RBI became full owner of the bank and renamed it Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo. Raiffeisen Bank offers a wide range of banking services and products for all clients: individuals, small and medium enterprises and corporate. From the start, it has been very successful by achieving continuous progress in all product segments, above all loans and deposits. 

The bank continually invest in IT and Operations to offer to its customers services based on cutting-edge technology. In recognition of this, it became the first company in the region to be certified by Registered Quality Assurance (LRQA) for ISO 20000.
