La Meridiana Two Social Cooperative / La Meridiana Due Società Cooperativa Sociale

La Meridiana is a constantly developing reality. Founded in 1976 as a voluntary association, today it is a social cooperative with 54 members, 144 volunteers and 380 between employees, professionals and consultants and a complete range of services for the elderly.

Since its foundation, the cooperative has managed - and still manages - Day Centers for the elderly, RSA, RSD, Hospice, Protected Housing and Aggregation Centers for the elderly, working to ensure that people remain protagonists of their own history.

La Meridiana deals with the needs of people, especially the elderly, affected by serious illnesses and disabilities through programs and services based on the best scientific knowledge and best practice experiences but at the same time inspired by a system of values that focuses on the quality of people's lives and the deepest meaning of their existence.

La Meridiana has created a solid network of alliances with qualified collaborators, participating family members, generous donors, loyal volunteers and attentive public administrators thanks to whom it continues to grow and plan for the future.
