The beginnings of the printing press are associated with the company Mosca Hnos. SA. This was founded in 1888 by Juan Mosca and its line of business was Librería y Typography. Years later his brother Agustín acquired a stake in the company and went on to run the printing press.

The management of the company remained in the family until 1994 and in 2001 some of Agustín's grandchildren decided to buy the printing press, which was produced on October 1.
