Gansu Huigu Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huigu Consulting") is a new type of social think tank jointly initiated by the founder of the Western Environment and Social Development Center of Lanzhou University and senior experts from Lanzhou University and other fields, and registered in accordance with the law. It focuses on social undertakings such as policy consulting, strategic planning, community development, public welfare services, and project evaluation. Huigu Consulting adheres to the concepts of service, transparency, and responsibility, and provides advice for the welfare of the elderly, children, border areas, and impoverished areas, strives for the livelihood of vulnerable groups, and plans for the development of community organizations. Huigu Consulting currently has 24 full-time staff and 73 part-time research experts. The office address is on the 14th floor of Building A, Lanzhou High-tech Building.
