Since its creation in 1997, the Siel Bleu association has aimed to prevent health and improve the quality of life of vulnerable people, thanks to a tool: Adapted Physical Activity. Unlike "sport" - which is linked to the concepts of performance and competition, Adapted Physical Activity are exercises in line with the needs and capacities of people.Also, the prevention officers of the Siel Bleu association intervene every week with 140,000 beneficiaries, including the elderly, people with disabilities, people with chronic diseases, caregivers, workers, etc.
