The company is an indigenous enterprises wholly owned by Tanzanian professionals comprising of four Directors of long standing experience in the field of Asset Valuation; Land Administration and Property Management and Marketing. PROLATY boasts of having co-opted professionals in various disciplines. We have a team of 17 professional associates and 2 support staff.To supplement its consultancy services, PROLATY also source services of other independent specialists from the general public when the need for such multidisciplinary approach arises.
