  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning. ME&A has completed over 130 evaluations and assessments in more than 50 countries around the world. From Asia to Eastern Europe, Africa to Latin America, our evaluation teams design and implement performance evaluations, assessments, and population-based surveys providing clients with measurable results and actionable learning insights to improve their organizational performance.
  • Human and Institutional Capacity Development. ME&A uses data-driven Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) methodologies and tools to assist public administration and municipal development officials, businesses, civil society, and other USAID partner organizations in their quests for performance excellence.
