State Communal Enterprise "Caspiy Zhylu, Su Arnasy"

State utility company "Heat, water supply networks and sewerage" was established by the decision of the Akim of Aktau on March 18, 1996 No. 1928.

Renamed by the decree of the Akimat of Mangistau region dated January 29, 2004 No. 21 into the State utility company "Heat, water supply networks and water disposal" of the Akimat of Aktau. 

By Decree No. 2929 of 25.12.2009, the enterprise was renamed into the State utility company "Heat, water supply networks and wastewater disposal" of the Office of Energy and Utilities of the Mangistau Region of the Akimat of the Mangistau Region. "). In accordance with the decree of the akimat of the Mangistau region, the enterprise dated June 06, 2012 No. 127 "Heat, water supply networks and water disposal" of the Energy and Utilities Administration of the Mangistau Region was renamed into the State utility company "Caspian zhylu, su arnasy" of the Department of Energy and Housing and Utilities farms of the Mangystau region. The founder and owner of the property of the enterprise is the akimat of the Mangistau region, the state administration body is the State Institution “Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Mangistau Region”.

The main activity of the GKP "Caspian zhylu, su arnasy" is the transportation of heat energy and all types of water (drinking, technical and hot) from the energy supply organization (MAEK-Kazatomprom LLP) to consumers, as well as water disposal for residential and public buildings in the city of Aktau
