Democratic Development Union of Georgia (DDUG)

Democratic Development Union of Georgia is a non-profit organisation with the mission to establish Georgia as legal State, where the government and society have mutual obligation, the human rights and freedoms are protected, the law is protected by the state as well as any individual or juridical person, where local government works effectively, civic society is developed and level of self-awareness of population is high. Democratic Development Union of Georgia aims to support democratic institutes in Guria by the development of civil society and promotion of effective work of local governments. In particular organization strives to activate population in protection their rights and freedoms, to improve activities of the local government, to support community development, to assist public activeness in order to solve local problems.
