PSI - Population Services International (Guinea)

Population Services International (PSI) is a global health organization dedicated to improving the health of people in the developing world by focusing on serious challenges like STIs, HIV and AIDS, tuberculosis, barriers to maternal health, lack of family planning and the greatest threats to children under five including malaria, diarrhoea, pneumonia and malnutrition. PSI is also well known as a worldwide pioneer of social marketing and social franchising, where commercial marketing strategies are used to make services and products available to the poor and attractive for them to use.
