• To provide consultancy service on survey, design, planning, construction, supply, import, export and institutional strengthening.
• To facilitate on promotion of different valuable crops, medicinal and aromatic plants with cultivate, processing, marketing and export, import practices.
• To assist in nature Conservation and Sustainable Development through feasibility study, plan preparation as well as research and assessment.

Its mission is to strengthen the organization of civil society, private sector and government through enhancing governance and capacity building on conservation of natural resources and marketing of products, semi products and finished products of forest and agriculture.
