MICTT - Microsoft Innovation Center Tourism Technologies

The Microsoft Innovation Center Tourism Technologies ( MICTT ) was born in 2009 as the result of an agreement between Microsoft Ibérica and the government of the Balearic Islands. MICTT is the only Microsoft Innovation Center focused in technologies applied to tourism, and is strategically located in ParcBit in Palma de Mallorca, one of the main european tourist destination, and headquarters of some of the most relevant tourism and travel companies in the world.

Microsoft Innovation Center Tourism Technologies seeks to be a link between the tourism industry, technology-based companies , entrepreneurs and students , contributing to improving their productivity, generating new business opportunities , enhancing their competitiveness based on technological knowledge and supporting the training of students and the promotion of entrepreneurship .
