Department of Planning and Investment, Ninh Binh Province

Department of Planning and Investment, Ninh Binh Province is a specialized agency under supervision of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC); functioning as state management agency on planning and investment as follows: providing the Provincial People's Committee with consultation in terms of master plan and socio-economic development plan; implementing, lodging a petition, and putting forward mechanism and socio-economic management policies in the Province; managing domestic and foreign investment in province; managing ODA fund; managing bids and business registration in province; managing public services under the Department’s management in accordance with Vietnamese law; and carrying out some duties according to the PPC's authority and the Vietnamese law.
