design as well as implementation of policies that support energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Shakti works closely at the national, regional and locallevels to originate new policies and build up a new energy industry in India. It brings together experts from all the sectors - industry,

academia, law, finance, civil society, think tanks, and many more. Apart from all these, Shakti Foundation has made a tremendous change in India's policy for energy sources. Because it

believes that meaningful policy action on India’s energy challenges will strengthen national security, create jobs and keep our environment clean.
