Our team operates and coordinates the technical systems for (((eTicket Germany, the electronic fare management in local public transport), and issues the standard, the VDV core application. We are organized as VDV eTicket Service GmbH & Co. KG.

We issue the standard (((eTicket Germany and develop new technical solutions. This includes supporting the participating companies and suppliers and establishing and monitoring organizational rules. We also certify the components used: contactless chip cards, sales terminals, recording terminals and background system interfaces. The independent company CTC advanced GmbH operates its own test laboratory for this purpose. In addition, as a central service, we tender chip cards on behalf of transport companies and associations and offer consulting workshops for transport companies and system component manufacturers. Our educational offer includes basic and specialist seminars as well as user training.
