A iberlab & imunoreage - soluções para laboratórios, Lda. arises in 2008 as a result of the merger of companies Iberlab - Equipamentos para laboratorio, lda. and Imunoreage- Trade in reagents and equipment for laboratories, lda.

Iberlab - Laboratory Equipment, was founded in 1995, having as main activity the distribution of consumables for diagnosis. In 1996, it signed its first contract as an importer of consumables for diagnosis and inaugurated its facilities in Porto.

In 2000, Immunoreage was founded - Trade in reagents and equipment for laboratories, a company dedicated to the commercialization of reagents, especially in the areas of diagnosis, research and teaching. It also provides assistance in the implementation of quality control for Microbiology through ATCC strains ..

In February 2008, the merger of the two companies was concluded. As a result of this process, the company name is changed to Iberlab & Immunoreage - Soluções para laboratórios, lda, and the entire graphic image of the company is renewed.
