BALDASSINI - TOGNOZZI - PONTELLO Costruzioni generali S.p.A. (better known as BTP) offers a new scenario to the Italian building sector, where the best practices and the expertise of the most important Tuscan building companies are gathered into a General Contractor able to tender for major contracts on a national scale. BTP stems from the willingness of two entrepreneurs, Riccardo Fusi and Roberto Bartolomei, to join their capacities and strengths in order to cope with a national scope market. The progressive interaction between their respective companies began in 1988: Fusi Bruno S.p.A. (established by Riccardo’s father in 1955) and Bartolomei & Manetti S.p.A. (established by Roberto’s father in 1948).
