Centre de Formation pour l'Administration Locale (CeFAL)

The Training Center for Local Administration (CeFAL) is a public scientific establishment governed by the provisions of Law No. 94- 009 of July 28, 1994 on the creation, organization and operation of social, cultural and scientific offices. . Placed under the supervision of the MDGLAAT, it has legal personality and financial autonomy. It is an application school whose mission is: to ensure the professional, initial and continuing training of agents of categories B and C of the Territorial Communities; To coordinate all the continuing training actions initiated and carried out for the benefit of the territorial agents by other training organizations and ensure quality control, organize information and training seminars for local elected officials, and promote any capacity building initiative.
