Conpart AS is a Norwegian company with a world-class base of competence within its management team and highly qualified staff, in both particle technology and its potential applications. With strong development, manufacturing and application of unique and highly precise monosized polymer particles with different functionalities for use in electronics and microsystem applications.
Conpart AS is currently focusing in developing a proprietary and novel technology that will bring down the cost of Isotropic Conductive Adhesives (ICA) used in electrical connection of solar-cells in solar module manufacturing, and in die-attach and other interconnect in microelectronics manufacturing.
