About

The Gannochy Trust is a registered charity (SC003133) based in Perth, Scotland. It was founded in 1937 by the Scottish businessman and philanthropist Arthur Kinmond Bell, known as A.K. His vision for philanthropic pursuits was ahead of its time and continues to shape The Gannochy Trust’s charitable activities to this day.

Our Mission
Improving lives and supporting communities, inspired by the wishes of A.K. Bell.

Our Values

We work to be collaborative, bold and imaginative in what we do.

Our strategic aims

We developed a new strategy for The Gannochy Trust in 2021, carefully considering our founder A.K. Bell’s wishes in the context of the challenges facing us in the 21st century.

Our strategic aims are to:

strive for excellence in all we do;
improve lives;
create a better environment for all;
build sustainability for ourselves and others; and
help Perth and Kinross to recover and renew.
