A specialist social enterprise infrastructure organisation working primarily in Lancashire and other parts of the north west,  Social Enterprise Solutions CIC was formed in 2005 and the business started in 2006. Since then, it has been successfully delivering support to individuals, community groups, charities and the public sector in the development of social businesses.  

The organisation delivered enterprise start-up support through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) during 2006 – 2009 and delivered the highly successful social enterprise component of the Local Enterprise and Growth Initiative (LEGI) in Blackpool from October 2007 to March 2011.
