Agricultural Division
– The Agriculture Division distributes agricultural and veterinary items, produced by some of the world's leading manufacturers, to a wide cross-section of the island's farming community

Merchandise
– Offers private label brands of tin meats, tin vegetables and condiments under the Geddy’s label in addition to international brands including: Kimberly Clark, Nissin, Arcor, Alacta Plus, McVities and Blue Ribbon Rice.

Pharmaceuticals
– Distributes branded and generic drugs along with other pharmaceutical products to hundreds of pharmacies across Jamaica fulfilling both prescription and over-the-counter
needs. The consumer division specializes in the marketing of personal care products for both adults and children to pharmacies, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, department stores and wholesalers.

Office Equipment, Furniture and Security
– Offers a wide range of products including safes, vault doors, fire resistant storage, lockers, upright shelves, data cabinets, filing cabinets, desks, tables and chairs and assorted office machines.
