INCAPER - Instituto Capixaba de Pesquisa, Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural

The Capixaba Institute for Research, Technical Assistance and Rural Extension (Incaper), an autarchy linked to the State Secretariat for Agriculture, Supply, Aquaculture and Fisheries (Seag), is responsible for applied research, technical assistance and rural extension services within the State of the Holy Spirit.

Mission: Promote technological and social solutions through integrated research, technical assistance and rural extension actions, aiming at the development of Espírito Santo.

Values: Incaper's Values seek to identify the principles or beliefs that guide the behavior, attitudes and decisions of people in the exercise of their responsibilities and in the search for the results established in the strategic planning, aiming at fulfilling the Mission, on the path towards the Vision of the future.
