Civic Works strengthens Baltimore’s communities through education, skills development, and community service. We are a non-profit working in Baltimore communities for over 20 years, and we are deeply committed to service.

Our programs deliver tangible results through a combination of job training, skills development and community service. We succeed by harnessing the energy and dedicated commitment of our AmeriCorps members, staff, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and most importantly, the communities in which we work.

Civic Works is Baltimore’s urban service corps and an AmeriCorps program. Our mission is to strengthen Baltimore’s communities through job training and volunteerism.
