Usually the process that  ICE & FIRE follows with its costumers plan these stages:

• A thorough technical meeting attended by ICE & FIRE and the makers of the Prevention and Protection service of Customer: This session will define the objectives to be achieved, the feasibility of the work, functions and offices of each active part in the project, the estimation of the executive times of operations and the collection of information. ICE & FIRE, strong thanks the knowledge accumulated in the sector , is also proposed to advise the customer to solutions that answer on the best way their needs, with an attentive eye to the costs and benefits which the client will support.
• Development of project work that can be follow at various stages by the technicians of the Customer until the definition of the final product.
• Information and training activities aimed to offer the final product of work, to test its operational effectiveness in the sector and to give customers the tools needed to maintain operative and efficent the service used.
• Personal and / or telematics assistance also with work done until the complete autonomy of the costumer.
