Triyuga Municipality

Among the systems of government that came into existence in different periods of Nepal, B.Sc. Triyuga Municipality is also one of the local bodies developed after the political changes of 2046 BS as a foundation of decentralization and local autonomy adopted by the unitary and centralized governance system. The local bodies, which were developed as a political structure close to the people, were developed on the model of democratic partnership by establishing people's participation, sense of belonging and ownership in governance. With the advent of federalism in the established republic of Nepal, ending the constitutional monarchy and unitary system, the form of local bodies of the past changed radically.
