About

Viglienzone Adriatica belongs to Viglienzone Group, operating since 1924 in the fields of cargo inspections, quantity and quality control, sampling, monitoring and forwarding services.

Since the beginning of its activity, our Company has developed and addressed its services to national and international companies and organizations with the aim of protecting the interests of its clients.

Viglienzone Adriatica S.r.l. has progressively developed a net of domestic and international branches and of partners all over the world, widening its services from customs clearance support to chartering/insurance brokerage, controls, monitoring and rail logistics.

Concerning the controls and inspection services, since 1987 our Controls Department has been recognized as “Official Monitor” by the EUROPEAN UNION for the inspection and coordination of aids in favour of underdeveloped countries on behalf of Non Governmental Organizations i.e. A.G.E.A. (Agency for Agricultural Subsidies), European Commission, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, FAO and World Food Programme.

Over the last years, in order to meet with the requirements of our customers, our Company has expanded its rail transport services, thanks to an established network of close relationships with the main reception facilities of agri-food trade and interports in Northern Italy and with most European rail networks (Hungary, Croatia and France in particular).
