About
The Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation of Andalusia is the advisory and collaboration body of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía and other autonomous institutions for the representation, relationship and coordination of the Chambers of Andalusia. It is defined as a Public Law Corporation with its own legal personality and full capacity to act for the fulfillment of its purposes.
It presents capacity and competences, functions and attributions recognized in Law 4/2019 that regulates it and its Internal Regulations approved by the Order of the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Sports, of October 25, 2006 modified by Order of October 23. April 2019, for its adaptation to the provisions of Decree 189/2018, of October 9, which regulates the composition of the governing bodies of the Chambers and their electoral procedure.
In this way, the Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation is responsible for defending the general interests of commerce, industry, services and navigation in the scope of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, setting itself up as the representative institution of the whole of Andalusian Chambers whose main objective is to promote and, in general, promote economic activities in Andalusia.
Members of the Andalusian Council of Chambers are all Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Services and, where appropriate, Navigation, existing in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, through their Presidents, as well as representatives of the most representative business organizations.
The Andalusian Council of Chambers acts and implements all those initiatives and projects that are considered necessary or beneficial for the general interests of the Andalusian economy, based on the information transmitted by companies through the Chambers of Commerce themselves and develops a permanent action to improve the economic environment of companies.
