We are a blind society established to look into the affairs of the blind and visually impaired persons of our society which comprises over 300 members. The mission of the Sri Lanka welfare for the blind is to create a world of no limits for people who are blind or visually impaired. We mobilize leaders, advance understanding, and champion impactful policies and practices using research and data. This is an opportunity, if we are ready to seize it together, to create a world with no limits—where people who are blind or visually impaired are working, going to school, and participating in community life, unhindered by barriers.
