FUNDESNAP is a non-profit organization that supports the strengthening of national, departmental and municipal protected areas and the different actors linked to them, since 2000.
Our Mission is:
To contribute to the development and sustainability of the National System of Protected Areas, by means of the capture and administration of resources destined to the execution of programs, projects and activities, involving different sectors of the Bolivian society.
To fulfill this mandate, we develop community development activities with all stakeholders, inside and outside protected areas (ecological systems, biological corridors, buffer zones, areas of influence, community lands and cross-border areas, among others), and we seek funds of donation to strengthen social participation in the management of natural resources and protected areas.
