Formater

Formater, Association for Vocational Training of the Merchant Associations of the provinces of Vercelli and Alessandria, organizes and manages since 1994 activities of orientation, training, counseling and research aimed at the prevention of youth unemployment, individual and company continuous training, training superior technique as well as retraining of workers.
The Agency, accredited by the Piedmont Region and certified ISO 9001: 2015 for vocational guidance and training activities, pays particular attention to the issue of equal opportunities and is in possession of the quality certification for the management of gender-related processes, released from the Aenor Italia Certification Body.
Since 2012, the Agency has also been accredited by the Piedmont Region to its work in Vercelli and Borgosesia for the provision of services to work (pursuant to Legislative Decree 30-4008 of 11/06/2012).

The objectives of Formater are:

Employability: facilitate access to the labor market for those who have difficulty integrating or reintegrating into the labor market.
Entrepreneurship: open to all business creation processes, providing the necessary tools to create the company and to identify and exploit new employment opportunities.
Adaptability: favoring the adaptability of companies and workers to economic and structural changes, as well as the use of information technologies and other new technologies.
