Skyband.biz has been in operation in Blantyre, Malawi since 2003. Formerly Technologix Consultants, the company has merged under the Skyband Corporation umbrella since 1st September 2006.The merger has been as a result of a mutual recognition of technological innovation and the commitment to a premier technology and communications experience, irrespective of location and local limitations. As the Microsoft Partners for Malawi, Skyband.biz has established a reputation for the provision of international standard software consultancy and deployment.

The company has been involved in many IT project designs and implementation as well as maintenance projects with mid size businesses including NGOs (such as CIDA and UNDP) and academic institutes. They include the Government of Malawi and the Reserve Bank of Malawi in their portfolio.

The need to be innovative and creative in the provision of IT services has never been greater, and the commitment to achieving corporate excellence as well as bridging the digital divide in Malawi, remains a core mission for the group.
