J. Frankenberg SRL

In 1937, Julius Frankenberg founded the J. Frankenberg company in Santo Domingo, dedicated to the representation of various import lines. In 1960, his son Werner Frankenberg began a new stage, venturing into manufacturing, with a factory of plastic injection molding, for the manufacture of toothbrushes and combs, under the Duralon brand, evolving to become the leading brand of household items in the Dominican Republic. In 1967, it ventured into the area of blow molding, for the manufacture of plastic bottles, which in 1988 became our Novoplast division.
