World Education is a Boston-based international nonprofit dedicated to improving people's lives around the world through education and economic and social development programs rooted in basic education and literacy. Founded in 1951, World Education has worked in over 50 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, as well as in Massachusetts and throughout the United States.
