The Ventec Company was created in Morocco in 1949 by Mr. Albert MARQUET Chairman and CEO of Ventec in France.

The first investments were the purchase of land in Ain Sebaa and the construction of a workshop, whose basic activity was the manufacture of industrial fans and aeraulic networks, for ventilation installations intended for the local industry. .

In 1960 we obtained the exclusive representation in Morocco of the world giant of air conditioning: Carrier, which bears the name of the one who invented the first air conditioner: Willis CARRIER.

In 1974 there was the Moroccanization which saw the entry into the capital of national reference shareholders, both institutional and natural persons.

It was the beginning of a regular and harmonious development of this small but beautiful Company, which counted on this date a staff of 50 collaborators, realized a turnover of 7 million dirhams and had 1,6 MDH of shareholders' equity.

Today the Group has 6 Companies: besides Ventec the parent company, VM Sécurité, Ecowell, Indusparc, MCS, Ventec Africa.

With a total workforce of 1500 employees including 70 engineers and senior managers. Based in Casablanca and in our regional agencies: Agadir – Marrakech – Fez – Tangier – Oujda and an agency for the West African market based in Dakar.

Our activities cover all technical lots:

Air conditioning and heating – Refrigeration – Industrial ventilation – Professional kitchen – Fluids – Low current electricity – High current electricity – Photovoltaic – Multi-technical services.

With great achievements and construction sites in progress in the four corners of the Kingdom of Tangier in Lagouira.

The Group's turnover today totals 783  million dirhams. The factors of this success must be found in the stability of the governance, the very strong commitment of the employees, and their very high degree of technicality and competence.

Since its creation, Ventec has had only two Presidents and four General Managers. In 70 years of existence.

The current CEO, Mr. Abdelaziz TAZI and the Vice-President Mr. Jean MARQUET , son of the founder and previous president have been in office since 1974, the date of Moroccanization .

The Chief Executive Officer Mr. Mohamed ETTALALI Engineer from Arts & Métiers has been in office since 2011, after having spent his entire career in the Company.

Its Board of Directors, made up of competent Directors, very attached to the Company, with a strong convergence of views, has always left the Company with the financial means to develop.

This means that the Group has always had a very solid and very healthy financial base.

Our equity now totals 350 million dirhams.

The HR policy developed by Management, in close collaboration with the Staff Representatives, through transparent and constructive social dialogue, has enabled the establishment of a relationship of trust between managers and their employees and an exemplary social climate. .

It is for this reason that we wanted to be the first operator in our field to have triple certification .

ISO 9001 quality certification initially obtained in 2000.

ISO 14001 environmental certification and OHSAS 18001 safety certification both obtained in 2013.

And in 2021, VENTEC obtained ISO 45001 certification for its Occupational Health and Safety management system.
