(the Company name was changed from “Jiangsu Wanbang Dehe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.” to “Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd.” on July 17, 2020) was established in October 2014. Wanbang Digital Energy focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of new energy vehicle charging equipment, the development and expansion of smart cloud platform, as well as the business transaction of entire energy chain. The Company has core R&D technologies such as the Internet of Things, energy dynamic management, high-power customization and V2X (vehicle to anything). Also, it has hardware products covering basic AC and DC equipment, charging connector assemblies, power modules, smart power cabinets, and battery replacement equipment, etc., as well as software products, such as digital cloud platforms, App development, and smart energy management systems. In addition, it provides services directly for the users, such as cloud installation and cloud after-sales services.
