MDF Training and Consultancy (Rwanda)

MDF Training & Consultancy is a worldwide operating organisation. Since 1984, the year they started as ‘Management for Development Foundation’, they aim to contribute to improved management of organisations working for development through training and consultancies. MDF has regional offices in Sri Lanka, Brussels, Tanzania, Vietnam, D.R. Congo, Ghana, Indonesia, a representative office in Latin America (Colombia) and an independent office in Ede to serve the Dutch market. 

Products and Services

MDF provides courses, workshops, facilitations and consultancy services for individuals and organisations. Their services are especially designed to strengthen the managerial and organisational capacity required to perform effectively (to achieve set objectives) and efficiently (at optimum costs).

In addition to the open-entry courses of their regular programme, MDF offers tailor-made courses and workshops. These workshops and courses are often multi-disciplinary and geared to the specific needs of their clients. They also adapt their open-entry courses to meet specific needs. MDF regularly assists organisations in the design of new strategies and organisational development plans, as well as with the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of these plans. MDF has a wide experience in evaluating large programmes in different areas.

MDF brings together current management theories and tools with practical experience in development programmes and projects worldwide. Their approach to training, as well as to consultancy, is of a practical nature, rich in visual elements and with a high degree of participation.
