E.I.P. – Electricidade Industrial Portuguesa, S.A. is firmly established in the market since 1956, year of its incorporation and is dedicated mainly to the Engineering, Supply and Construction of Energy Systems. It was the mother-company that gave rise to EIP Group.
E.I.P, having a strong engineering component and a great industrial capacity, carries out its activity in the Energy Transmission ( Lines Construction and Substations) and Distribution, in the mass production of steel structures and in heavy metallomechanics manufacture, live maintenance, installation of Photovoltaic power stations and Wind Farms, in the supply and erection of hydro and electromechanical equipments (dams, hydro power stations, irrigation and water supply projects) and in the construction, repair and maintenance of railway infrastructures (Catenary).
Presently with more than 500 employees, in Portugal, 80 of them being Engineers, we strongly bet on their continuous training and development.
