Bheki Xaba Joint Ventured with AC Harvest Communications on BBBEE Conferencing Projects. In 2006 in was BBBEE Procurement and 2007 it was Enterprise Development. The most remarkable success was a Sales turnover of R350 000 in five months from an initial investment of R6 000. During this period Bheki Xaba set up a mini call centre with 6 telephone lines, Recruited and trained the Agents and sold seats to nearly all the blue chip companies in South Africa.

In the years 2006 to date Bheki assists Learners with coursework in various Tertiary Institutions. He adopted cousin Nozibele Mbatha as a mentoree in 2005 helping her with grade 11 work and consistently helped till she was at Varsity College doing her Bachelors degree in 2012. He has assisted high school students in the Gugulethu Township, (UWC) University of Western Cape and CPUT (Cape Peninsula University of Technology).

Still enterprising at this age he has assisted Philani Ncube in 2012 with his Finance for non Financial Managers Module for his MBA Programme with MANCOSA and has seen him through with a 67% pass rate.

Bheki Xaba has been a school governing body member at Ottery Road Methodist Primary School from 2007 to 2011 and has attended WCED (Western Cape Education Department) Sponsored SGB Training workshop
