Greenleaf Integrative Strategies

Greenleaf programs provide participants with (1) an appreciation of the neuroscience behind stress, (2) how such stress may be tracked and (3) diverse ways to bolster resiliency to stress.

Furthermore, programs emphasize methods for coping with different forms of stress that are specific to agency realities, such as cumulative stress (burnout), traumatic stress and critical event reactions. Participants will learn field-tested methods to monitor personal wellness and learn evidence-based skills to thrive in demanding work environments, whether in the field or HQ. Methodology includes lecture, table top exercises, case studies and stress control practice.

We assume that groups contain diverse cognitive styles when it comes to dealing with stress. As a result, the training content takes advantage of existing personal strengths and focuses on bolstering resilience for self and teams.
