VAPCF - Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds

Vietnam Association of People’s Credit Funds was established on June 14, 2005 in accordance with the Decision No. 60/2005/QD-BNV by the Minister of Home Affairs. The Association is organized and operates under the Charter (revised) approved by the Minister of Home Affairs at the Decision No. 4257/QD-BNV dated December 05, 2016.

The Association is operating over the country in the financial banking in comply with the regulations of law.

It is under governmental management of State Bank of Vietnam and ministries, sectors related to its lines of bussiness in accordance with the law.

Mission:

Vietnam Association of People’s credit fund (hereinafter referred as the Association) is a social - professional organization which was voluntarily established and operated in banking sector by People’s credit funds (hereinafter referred as PCFs) and Vietnam Cooperative Bank (hereinafter referred as Coopbank) with the view to assembly and unite the members, to protect legal rights and benefits of its members, to help each other to operate effectively, contributing to promote socio-economic development of the country.
