ANOC Professional Services, is a multi-disciplined firm of Chartered Accountants and Management/Financial Consultants. Registered as Chartered Accountants at the Corporate Affairs Commission and with the Office of Bureau of Public Enterprises; the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation, and with various Government agencies.

The Firm’s name changed from Alatta Nzewi Oyeka & Co. to ANOC Professional Services in 2020. Alatta Nzewi Oyeka & Co evolved in 2010 from the merger of two firms; Messrs Alatta, Nzewi & Co. and Messrs Nnamdi Oyeka & Co. Nnamdi Oyeka & Co was registered in 1980 and commenced business in 1983 while Alatta, Nzewi & Co. was registered in 1985 and commenced business the same year.

The firm is affiliated to Silver Levene LLP, a UK based accounting firm with head office in the City of London.
